The interactive World Map displays the approximate geographic locations associated with Indigenous peoples, Tribes, Nations, communities, cultures, and historical groups represented within TRIBE-X World.

The map is not intended to track your physical movements or determine your precise current location.

TRIBE-X World uses MapLibre GL JS and external mapping, imagery, tile, or geographic-data services to provide its interactive World Map.

When the map loads or you interact with it, your browser may request map software, tiles, imagery, styles, fonts, geographic data, and related resources from MapLibre delivery providers, mapping providers, content-delivery networks, or other relevant services.

These requests may transmit standard technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested resources, map tile coordinates, request time, and referring page.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

TRIBE-X World presents geographic, historical, cultural, linguistic, organizational, and other information gathered from publicly available sources and other sources identified by the project.

Coordinates shown on the World Map are intended primarily to help visitors understand the approximate geographic association of a Tribe, Nation, people, community, culture, or historical group.

They should not be interpreted as identifying the precise location of an individual person, private residence, sacred site, restricted cultural location, or legally defined territorial boundary unless explicitly stated.

TRIBE-X World contains links to external websites, including official Tribal or governmental websites, cultural organizations, archives, educational resources, reference works, source material, and other third-party services.

When you follow an external link, the destination provider may collect or process information under its own privacy policy.

TRIBE-X World is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, advertising, retention, content, availability, or legal compliance of external websites and services.

The website may load fonts, scripts, libraries, styles, images, or other technical resources from external providers.
